Ordering Prints

All of the photographs on my website can be ordered as fine art prints. I print these myself on professional quality Velvet Fine Art Paper with archival pigment ink. These prints will have a white border around the photograph and will be signed by me in the white border. I will personally mat each print in archival white mat and it will be ready to frame in a standard sized frame when you receive it.

How to order:

  1. Click on the "Add to Cart" button located above the image you want. When the "Add to Shopping Cart" screen comes up choose the size, and quantity on the "Prints" tab.

  2. When all photographs that you would like prints of have been chosen, click on the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top right of the page.

  3. Click on "Continue to checkout." Follow the on-screen instructions to add your shipping address, choose shipping method, billing information, and you'll need to enter your email address.

  4. Confirm purchase, agree to Terms of Content Licensing Agreement

I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Prints can be shipped anywhere world wide. If I'm not out traveling you will recieve your print 5-10 business days.

Warranty

90 Day money back guarantee: all artwork purchases are covered under my 90 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a credit, refund or exchange for up to 90 days. Some limitations apply, essentially to prevent internet fraud which, unfortunately, does happen. See the section on Returns below for details.

Lifetime Fade-free Warranty: All of my photographers are printed using fade-free fine art archival papers and inks. All artwork comes with a Fade Free Warranty designed to protect your investment: if your artwork was to fade I will replace it at no charge for as long as you own it. No questions asked, just return the artwork to me and I will ship you a new piece right away.

Lifetime Framing Warranty: if you purchased your artwork framed from me, and if your framed artwork was to get damaged because of my framing, I will reframe it or replace it at no charge. Sometimes the materials used by framers --such as tape, matboard, backing board, etc, can damage your artwork. To prevent this I use only the finest archival materials, and I guarantee that my framing will not damage your artwork in any way. However, if for some reason something was ever to happen, you are 100% covered. This warranty applies to each and every piece I frame and mat for you. My Seal of Authenticity, which is placed on the back of every piece framed by me, must be present on your piece for this warranty to be honored. This warranty does not apply to pieces which are not framed by me.

Returns

I want you to know that each and every purchase is covered by my 90 day money back guarantee. I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy displaying my artwork in your home or office. If this is not the case just return the artwork to me and I will refund your money or exchange the artwork. This warranty will be honored whether you made your purchase over the internet, over the phone or in person. This warranty does not apply to pieces sold at heavily discounted prices, nor to pieces which were altered, modified, reframed or rematted by someone other than me. Your piece must be in like-new condition when I receive it. This offer only applies to fine art prints. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping from your location to ours. Shipping costs from me to you are not refundable. If you have purchased multiple pieces from me and wish to return them for a refund you need to ship your pieces back to me all at the same time, preferably in a single package. Your return needs to be insured and trackable. Each return must be preceded by communication with me by phone, email or in person, notifying me that a return is coming. Returns for which I have not been notified, and returns that have not been approved by me, will be returned to sender. My policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
